The HR or finance department reviews and approves the cash-out request via the business portal.

03 Subi processes payment and ensures compliance

Upon approval, Subi processes the payment directly to the employee’s bank account and handles all legal and regulatory compliance, taking the administrative burden off your business.

04 Employee receives funds

Employees receive their funds within 1-2 business days after approval. Your business can choose to reimburse Subi either in one payment or spread over up to 8 pay cycles, based on your cash flow preferences.
