Who can cash out their excess annual leave?
In short, everyone. But to utilise this feature, you must meet the below eligibility criteria.*
You have at least 4 weeks of annual leave, that’s equivalent to 152 hours.
You haven’t reached your cashout limits of 76 hours (2 weeks) of annual leave per 12 months.
*Eligibility for cashing out annual leave is subject to industry awards and Fair Work guidelines.
