To submit a claim:

1. Log into the Subi app*
2. Click Claim.
3. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
4. Confirm your information.
5. Use the slider to choose the amount you wish to claim.
6. Review your claim details.
7. Click on Confirm to confirm your request.
8. Sit back and relax! Once the request is approved by your employer, you'll receive a notification from us.

Once your request has been approved, the processing time for transferring funds depends on the specific transaction type and the financial institution involved. Typically, we strive to process payments promptly, and many transfers are completed within 1-2 business days. However, the exact timeline may vary, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date when processing your request. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your funds are delivered as quickly as possible.

To estimate your claimable amount, we take into account your annual salary and any additional leave you've earned beyond the initial 4-week leave (152 hours) required for excess annual leave claims. Please note that the number presented in the calculator is just an estimate that may vary based on your employment contract terms.

Yes, Subi is available for everyone! If your company is not currently registered with Subi, you can easily sign up as an individual user via my.subi.au. Our platform is accessible to both businesses and individuals, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of Subi's services, including access to financial tools and resources, without the need for company registration.

Subi requires a minimum of 152 hours (4 weeks) of annual leave. If you don’t meet this requirement, we’ll help you keep track until you do via the Subi app.

When you reach your cashout limits of 76 hours (2 weeks) of leave per 12 months, don't worry! The claimable amount will automatically reset every 12 months from your initial claim date. For example, if you had initially claimed on 16th October 2023, your claimable amount will be reset on 16th October 2024. This means you'll have a fresh opportunity to claim your excess annual leave again, ensuring you always have access to this valuable benefit.
